Vertical Grill Appliances LLC (VG Appliances) is the sole and exclusive owner of Bonnie Lee Buzick and Robert James Bair (the Inventors) and VGRILL WORLD LLC Vertical Grill patents, Continuations, and related patent Applications and Trademarks globally (VGRILL Technology) the said VGRILL Technology having been Assigned and Transferred to VG Appliances.


All prior Vertical Grills depended upon an inherently dangerous INTERNAL Drip Tray positioned beneath the cooking elements to catch and store descending combustible liquified fats. VGRILL patented technology solved this problem by diverting the hot, combustible fats, away from the cooking elements to an EXTERNAL Drip Tray for safe cooling outside the Vertical Grill while the food cooks within.


VGRILL Appliances has granted VGRILL WORLD LLC an exclusive License of its Australia and New Zealand patents to inter alia, manufacture, market and sell vertical grills therein using VGRILL patented Technology in those territories, and to pursue claims for past and future patent infringement of VG Appliances’ patents and intellectual property in Australia and New Zealand.


VGRILL WORLD LLC formerly Licensed Vertical Grill technology to Ronco Holdings Inc. for the successful Ronco Ready Grill product line which generated Millions of Dollars in sales. VGRILL technology was fundamental to the functioning of the Ready Grill which won a IHA Housewares Executive Innovation Award and was named "A Top Product of the Year" by Consumer Reports Magazine.

In 2019, at VGRILL's request, U.S. Federal Court Terminated the Ronco License.

Although remaining Ronco Ready Grills can be found in online retail circulation, there are presently no manufacturing, distribution or licensing agreements authorized by VGRILL WORLD LLC.

The Ronco Ready Grill SOLD OUT on HSN (Home Shopping Network) and had success on both QVC and the Canadian Home Shopping Channel. This was accomplished with a minimal marketing budget.
